About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our operations and technical teams throughout the project life cycle, from start-up to close-out. The Project Administrator supports the program administration activities including but not limited to maintaining project documentations, completing project set ups, financial and administration duties and close out requirements.
The Project Administrator serves as the first point of contact with customers in that you will receive and respond to requests as well as coordinate work orders and schedules. You will prepare shop drawings to clearly reflect customer requirements, schedule and review the drawings with appropriate stakeholders/staff and ensure all materials are purchased and entered into the system once approved. You will also track all expenses in the PM System to ensure projects are kept on budget.
· 1-3 years or more of project administration or administrative work experience preferred.
· Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects, deliver on time, in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
· Experience with preparing invoices and purchase orders, tracking costs, preparing shipping and production paperwork
· An analytical approach with the ability to conceptualize, as well as, sound decision-making and creative problem- solving skills
· A keen eye for detail and a passion for service excellence
